- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.

Orders
- An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
- We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). If an order is cancelled after payment, you'll get a full refund.
- Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We may not be able to redirect orders once shipped.
Payment We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery within the UAE.
Shipping and delivery See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and fees. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns and refunds Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the conditions in our Refund Policy.
Warranty and liability
- Products are covered against manufacturing defects as described in our Refund Policy.
- To the extent permitted by law, SIMA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Intellectual property All content on this website (text, images, branding) belongs to SIMA and may not be used without permission.
