We want you to love your SIMA order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
7-day returns You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Return conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories and the user manual included.
- You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.
Items we can't accept For hygiene reasons, opened essential oil bottles can't be returned unless they arrived faulty or damaged.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong item If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and the return is on us.

Return shipping
- Change of mind: you cover the return shipping cost.
- Faulty, damaged, or wrong item: we cover the return shipping.
Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we'll process your refund within 7 business days:
- Card payments: refunded to your original payment method.
- Cash on delivery: refunded by bank transfer to an account you provide.
Cancellations If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us and we'll cancel it for a full refund.
