At SIMA BOSS, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right with a smooth return and refund process — tailored for UAE-based customers.


Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. Used items are acceptable as long as all original parts and packaging are included.

  • The following items are non-returnable:

    • Opened essential oils

    • Food items once opened

    • Any items marked as hygiene-sensitive or not suitable for resale after opening


📦 Return Process

  1. After purchasing, visit your account’s “Receipts” section.

  2. Click “Request Refund” next to the product.

  3. Select a reason and submit.

  4. We will review the request and arrange a free pickup from your original delivery address.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (bank, debit card, or PayPal).

  • Refund includes the full amount you paid, including shipping.

  • For discounted items, you will receive the amount you paid after the discount, not the original full price.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank.


🔁 Replacements & Warranty

  • We only offer replacements for defective or damaged items that are covered under warranty.

  • Warranty availability (if any) is clearly mentioned on each product page.

  • If your item has a warranty and you experience an issue, contact us within the warranty period.


🎁 Gift Returns

  • If the item was purchased as a gift, we will issue a refund to the original buyer.

  • The return must still follow the standard policy (within 7 days, complete packaging, etc.).

  • All returns require proof of purchase (available in your SIMA BOSS account).

  • Returns are only accepted within the UAE.

  • We do not offer partial refunds for incomplete, damaged, or modified items.

  • We handle the entire return — including pickup and return shipping — at no extra cost to you.
